1.What do you mean by contributions welcome?
We are looking for printmaking enthusiasts to submit articles, interviews, how-to's, featured printmakers, etc... Anything that has to do with hand pulled prints that is interesting is welcome.

We will be continually featuring a different printmaker, group, collaborative, workshop etc.. each issue and also a "What the Print?" section for new work submitted from printmakers around the world.

2. When should we submit articles or work?
SUBMIT or CONTRIBUTE NOW!

The online magazine site is being constructed while we gather our materials and the first issue with take 3-4 months from now to release. We are building a marketing campaign as well that will launch prior to the first issue release.

All contributions should be submitted as a pdf file, word doc etc. to contribute@printmakingnews.com

Due to the amount of recommendations & submissions we will not have time to check blog links and "take" your how-to's, articles, gallery images and reformat them for the magazine. Only contributions submitted to us via email will be considered.

3. What will the subscription to the magazine cost?
A yearly subscription should be around $18-$20 HOWEVER, printmakers that submit materials we publish will get a year subscription for FREE.
We are looking for regular contributors as well, so if you are or know anyone interested, please pass this information along.
